The Acadian soprano Pascale Beaudin began her operatic career with l’Atelier Lyrique de l’Opéra de Montréal where she performed a variety of roles for the company. In Europe she debuted with l’Opéra de Nantes-Angers before appearing with l’Opéra de Marseilles, l’Opéra de Metz, l’Opéra de Nancy and l’Orchestre de Cannes. Equally at home in concert, Pascale Beaudin has been engaged by, among others, the Festival international de Lanaudière, the Festival international de musique baroque de Lamèque, the Orford Festival as well as Les Idées Heureuses, the Studio de musique ancienne de Montréal, l’Orchestre Symphonique de Québec, l'Orchestre de la Francophonie, and l'Orchestre Métropolitain. She has a particular affinitiy for the vocal recital having performed for the André-Turp Musical Society and the Debut Series at the National Arts Centre in Ottawa. Pascale Beaudin has been awarded bursaries by the Jacqueline Desmarais Foundation and the Canada Council for the Arts and is
a winner of the Nouvelles Découvertes auditions.
