Franziska Gottwald, winner of the Internationale Bachwettbewerb Leipzig, works with many prominent conductors such as Fabio Biondi, Herbert Blomstedt, Alan Curtis, Nicholas McGegan, Reinhard Goebel, Enoch zu Guttenberg, Fabio Luisi, Alessandro de Marchi, Andrea Marcon, Hans-Christoph Rademann, Jean Christoph Spinosi and Ton Koopman. She performs as a soloist with the Amsterdam Baroque Orchestra, Venice Baroque Orchestra, Concertgebouw Orchestra, Musica Antiqua Köln, Akademie für Alte Musik, Gewandhaus Orchester Leipzig and the Bamberger Symphoniker. Franziska Gottwald embodies many different roles in baroque opera productions, at international music festivals, in theaters such as La Fenice in Venezia, Teatro Arriaga in Bilbao, in Ferrara, Modena or Piacenza.
