Donna Brown, know for the floating angelic quality of her voice and the intelligent musicality of her interpretations, has worked with many of the world's leading conductors, including Gardiner, Rilling, Giulini, Sawallisch, Barenboim, Jordan, Pinnock, and Tate.

She has sung in various operas houses throughout the world, notably those of Paris, Lyon, London, Geneva, Brussels, Tokyo, Toronto, Vancouver, in such roles as Pamina, Gilda, Sophie, Almirena, Morgana, Rosina, and the world premiere creation of the role of Chimène in Debussy's unfinished opera Rodrigue et Chimène for the opening of the renovated opera house of Lyon.

Donna Brown has also become internationally renowned as a concert recital artist, and has given recitals in the Théâtre des Champs-Élysées, Bastille, Théâtre de la Ville, and Musée d'Orsay in Paris, Espace Malraux in Chambéry, Pollack Hall in Montreal and at various festivals including Festival de Lanaudière, Festival de la Grange Meslay, Festival des Côtes basques, Festival Les Arcs, Domaine Forget, Le Club musical de Québec, and the Ottawa Chamber Music Festival.

With over two dozen recording to her name, Ms. Brown is proud to have taken part in numerous %22first releases%22 such as Rodrigue et Chimène (Debussy - Denisov) under Kent Nagano, Scylla et Glaucus (Leclair) and Messe solonnelle (Berlioz) under John Eliot Gardiner, Fanny Mendelssohn lieder with pianist Françoise Rilling, and Gitanjali, written for her voice by R.Murray Schafer, under Mario Bernardi.
