Concert & CD Launch at Saint Joseph’s Oratory

On Sunday, October 18 at 3:30 PM, the spectacular St. Joseph’s Oratory in Montréal will be the focus of a massive organ and choral concert to celebrate the new ATMA Classique recording devoted to works by Charles-Marie Widor and Louis Vierne. The concert features titular organist Vincent Boucher and organist Jonathan Oldengarm, together with the combined forces of two choirs — the Petits chanteurs du Mont-Royal and the Chantres musiciens. They will perform several of the works on this new album, which was recorded in Saint Joseph’s Oratory and is now available in stores and on iTunes: http://apple.co/1R1pYfc

Beginning October 20, the concert event will be available online at icimusique.ca with co-hosts ICI Musique host Françoise Davoine (100.7 FM in Montréal), and Father Charles Corso of the Congregation of Holy Cross. From October 14 to 23, the entire album will also be available for streaming on icimusique.ca/messeswidorvierne
