Les Vents de Montréal

Les Vents de Montréal is a variable-geometry ensemble founded by André Moisan and the late Bruce Bower. The ensemble is dedicated to the wind ensemble repertoire drawn from the long European tradition dating back to the late 17th century. The ensemble is composed of renowned Canadian soloists, members of the Montreal Symphony Orchestra. Jean Saulnier is a soloist and chamber musician, as well as a professor at the University of Montreal. Les Vents de Montréal’s first recording, on the ATMA label, was devoted to Beethoven.
