L’Harmonie des saisons
Founded in 2010 and still led by Mélisande Corriveau and Eric Milnes, L’Harmonie des saisons captivates audiences at home and abroad with its distinctive artistic approach. Performing on period instruments, the ensemble has created some forty programs and given more than 150 concerts, while its reputation continues to flourish across North America and around the globe. Both a vocal and instrumental ensemble—often joined by leading international musicians—L’Harmonie des saisons presents a highly attended annual concert season and has been featured at numerous festivals and concert series in Québec, across Canada, in the United States, Chile, Bolivia, and Germany.
Winners of two Juno Awards and two Opus Awards, named Radio-Canada Recordings of the Year, and frequently included on “Top 10” lists by CBC and Apple Music, the ensemble’s recordings on the ATMA Classique label—Las ciudades de oro, Pardessus de viole, Marin Marais: Badinages, Solfeggio, and Bach au pardessus de viole—have garnered widespread critical acclaim.
L’Harmonie des saisons is supported by the Conseil des arts et des lettres du Québec, the Canada Council for the Arts, Fondation Musicaction, and several municipalities in the Montérégie and Eastern Townships regions.
