Mariane Patenaude

Decorated with many awards and bursaries, including the Prix d’Europe and the Special Prize for Interpretation from the Canadian Music Centre, Mariane Patenaude has been sought after as a collaborative pianist by both instrumentalists and singers since graduating from the Conservatoire in 1996. Her vast experience as a soloist, chamber musician and collaborative pianist has brought her across Canada, the United States and Europe. Since fall of 2012, Mariane is a pianist and professor at the Conservatoire de musique et d’art dramatique de Montréal. She also accompanies at the Orford Music Academy and at McGill University, is artistic director and conductor of the Voix d’Elles (a choir for young girls), and is a member of the Polymnie Trio and Orford Six Pianos.
