ATMA nominees at the 2017 ADISQ GALA

ATMA Classique have received four nominations for Felix awards for the annual ADISQ Gala (Association québécoise de l'industrie du disque). Founded in 1978, ADISQ’s mandate is to promote and develop Québec’s music industry. The 2016 awards will be handed out on October 26, 2017.

ATMA’s Felix prize nominations for this year’s ADISQ ceremonies are:

Album of the Year – Classical/soloist and small ensemble :
Toquade / Marina Thibeault, viola; Janelle Fung, piano

Album of the Year – Classical/ Orchestra and large ensemble:
Mozart: Concertos for horn / Les Violons du Roy; Louis-Philippe Marsolais, horn; Mathieu Lussier, bassoon and direction

Bruckner 2 / Orchestre Métropolitain; Yannick Nézet-Séguin, conductor


Album of the Year – World Music
La Bibliothèque-interdite / Denis Plante, bandeonist and composer; Sebastien Ricard, voice; Tango Boréal
